How do I place an order?
Simply select your size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at cs@theryas.com as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled directly from our production facility.
How long does delivery take?
All orders arrive within 5–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We currently don't accept returns for a refund. If there's a sizing issue with your order, it's eligible for store credit within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
This policy is subject to change in the future.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at cs@theryas.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement.
